THE BRIEF FOR THE 330 EAST OLYMPIC BLVD OF THE 2 FLOORS OF AN EXISTING FASHION DISTRICT BUILDING INTO A HOMESS POP UP STORE. WHILE ALL INTERIORS ARE REMOVED, ALL EXTERIOR WALLS MUST RETAIN. THE NOISY SANTEE ALLEY STREETS HAVE NO SPACE FOR HOMELESS TO STAY. BY MAKING A DOUBLE STUD BUILDING INTO A BUILDING MAKE COSY AND QUITE. BY CONNECTING ALL THE MADE BUILDINGS, SHOWS CONNECTION BETWEEN US AND HOMELESS.

700 WILSHIRE BLVD
THE BIKE STATION IS LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN LA. THE MAIN IDEA BEHIND THIS BIKE STATION WAS TO CREATE FAST THROUGH BIKE STATION FOR THE BIKERS TO GET READY FOR THEIR JOURNEY. CONCEPT IDEA CAME FROM THE MEANING ITSELF, THE "FAST THROUGH ROTATION". THE COMPRISED OF TWO COMPONENTS ARE THE BICYCLERMENTAL STATION GEARED TOWARDS TOURIST AND A BICYCLE COMMUTER COMFORT STATION GEARED TOWARDS THOSE WHO COMMUTE TO DTLA BY BIKE. THE BRIEF FOR THE 700 WILSHIRE BLVD IS WHILE ALL THE INTERIORS ARE REMOVED, ALL EXTERIORS MUST RETAIN AND THIS PLACE HOPE TO PROMOTE BOTH BYCYCLE COMMUTING AS AN ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY ALTERNATIVE TO DRIVE.

LORD'S CRICKET GROUND
THE SHIP BUILDING TECHNIQUES USED TO CONSTRUCT THE LORD'S MEDIA CENTRE WITHOUT LOSING THE SIGNIFICANT ADVANTAGES. IT WAS CONSTRUCTED IN SEMI-MONOCOQUE ALMUNIUM STRUCTURE.
THE CONSTRCUT IS RELYING ON THE TWO COLUMNS OF REINFORCED CONCRETE AND IT IS 15 METRES ABOVE THE GROUND.
THE COLUMNS WERE CONSTRUCTED ON SITE WHEREAS THE ENTIRE ALUMINIUM PO WAS FABRICATED IN CORNWALL AND THEY PREASSEMBLED IT IN CORNWALL FOR CHECK IF EVERYTHING IS OAY THEN DISSIPATED IT INTO 32 PARTS AND TRANSPORTED IT TO THE SITE BY LORRY. AFTER ALL THE PARTS WERE CARRIEDOUT BY BOATBUILDING PENDENNIS SHIPYARD IN CORNWALL AND ASSEMBLED, THEY SANDED AND SPRAY PAINTED TO MAKE THE EXTERIOR FEEL SMOOTH SEAMLESS. THE MEASUREMENT FOR LORD'S CRICKET GROUND PRESS BOX IS 40m x 20m x 21m WITHOUT THE CONCRETE COLUMNS.
THE OVERALL WEIGHT FOR THE ALLUMINIUM SHELL IS 90 TONS AND SHELL IS CONSTRCUTED BY 5038 GRADE SHEETS OF ALUMINIUM AND THE THICKNESS IS 6 TO 12 mm.
PREFABRICATE -> TRANSFER USING SHIP BUILDING TECHNOLOGY -> ASSEMBLE -> INTERIOR AND FITTING -> STANDARDISATION
